This battery comes with an acid pack. You will not need to purchase acid for it if you live in the lower 48 states.
If you live out side the continental U.S.(Alaska, Hawaii, ect) You can still purachase this battery but it will ship without the acid pack. You will need to buy acid for this battery from your local automotive or lawn and garden store.
